Where do I report significant problems with Explorer++ ??

1) BIGGIE: If I drag-drop from Explorer++ from either pane it works OK,
BUT if I drag-drop from Address it fails ! That should allow drag-drop.
The dropped-onto app message is that the drop was incompatible with the
type.
I.E. it is expecting a file or folder and is getting something else.
Problem !

2) BIGGIE
On Win 10, Left tree pane has Network shows only some Computers under
it when trying to expand. Win 10 File Explorer does show all devices.
My remote Win XP Pro does show on Win 10 File Explorer but NOT show on
Win 10 using Explorer++ . Problem !

3) WOULD BE NICE:
So running Explorer++ on Win 10 and Win XP so far.
Seems OK but questions.

There seems no way to use Bookmarks to bookmark stuff in the right
tabbed pane(s). Is there ? Would be handier so as not having to
manipulate the tree to bokkmark from there.

Any suggestions ?

Win 10 Network discovery is turned on.

4) BIGGIE
I use VeraCrypt and when I start it up, Explorer++ shows the Drive
Letter TWICE in the tree. Clicking on either one expands the tree
identically with the correct subfolders showing under each drive letter.

More yet

5) would be nice:
The tree needs to have tooltips and the tooltips should show the folder
hovered over by the mouse so we do not have to constantly have to resize
the tree window.

P.S. I still think that Explorer++ is pretty good, just needs a few tweaks.

This is normal with people of low intelligence like yourself. You first
need to learn where to post relevant questions. You are not using
Windows 10; Nor are you using Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. So can you
just **** off and get educated.

There are many idiots like you on Linux Newsgroup so go and ask them how
to become "intelligent" like them.

Last commit was a fortnight ago, so it's just that the developer's
priorities don't align with yours ...

And more
(NOTE: Explorer++ is still better that any Windows version including the
crappy Win 10 File Explorer but improvements and fixes would be
appreciated.).

(A)
Why does not the File menu and the Folder Tree NOT have New Folder ?
Must click on File Tab to do that.

No good help for search.
Why is there a case sensitivity checkbox ?
Windows is not case sensitive.

(B)
Does non-RegEx allow Like wildcards ? * ? # [ - ] that are easier than
the very complex RegEx !

(C)
How do we search only for Folders ?
How about add search parameter \ so we can do \Foldername or
\*folderpartialname* or ?

(D)
How do I tell Explorer++ to make all File tabs have the same selected
view so I do not have to keep clicking View and select it ?

(E)
Would be nice to be able to create toolbar buttons.
I want a (?) HELP button at least !

All that you have to do, is remember to put a \
in front of any dot in the entry.

some\.txt

And that will search for some.txt as a regex.

As you learn more of them, like "^" for "begins with",
and "$" for "ends with", you can make your search
a bit more fancy.

There's no need to compose regex with umpteen punctuation
characters in it, to do a decent Regex search. I keep
Regex enabled on Agent Ransack, because it's (relatively)
easy to use.

For searching, give this a try, it's blisteringly fast on my w7 x64.

On NTFS at least, it's blisteringly fast (finds what you specify before
you've finished typing it) on anything: it certainly was on my XP
single-core. To the extent that I'd use it for searching, as a
stand-alone (I do in fact - I have it pinned), and this not include
searching among the criteria for choosing anything else, such as
explorer alternatives.

You can right click if you set it to run as administrator. I assume the
Windows file explorer has those rights built in.

On the other hand, I quit using Explorer++ when I realized I couldn't drag
and drop files from the desktop to an open Explorer++ window.
