We have few people with Windows OS
There is people still going to school to learn with teachers and use paper
and pencil. I think PC's may be not so good to children and people that needs basic things in a rural town. We have PC's in the public library to search information or news. Next year they'll update the software than software developers will have work to do.

please read "then" instead of "than"
"Estupendo" escreveu na mensagem ... There is people still going to school to learn with teachers and use paper and pencil.
