Trouble importing .avi into movie maker
I'm attempting to stitch together a home movie captured using our DV camera.
When attempting to import the saved .avi files into Movie maker, I receive the error message "filename.avi could not be imported..." or the import window is displayed but the progress bar does't move, essentially freezing the program. I ran G-spot tool and the codec section displays "4CC DVSD" I have installed the DivX 5.2.1 codec pack but nothing seems to work. I can view the .avi clips using the Divx player only, and not Windows Mediaplayer. Any suggestions please. -- J-P |
