Possibly planned.
- Similar to the direction Office takes (took) - Less local, more online in conjunction with forum based support. The latter primarily contracted (outsourced) but monitored and the support system knowledge base influenced by telemetry automatically collected (phone home) by the o/s. -- ....winston msft mvp "JJ" wrote in message ...
