window decorations
How can I change the window decorations e.g. the border of windows,
the style of the minimize/maximize buttons. When I try to install a new theme pack only the wallpaper and the color change...

Registry pokes allow you to make the border padding thicker/thinner, other than that all the same registry values that worked all the way back to win3.x for fonts and colours, now seem to be ignored.

There are a few foreground (font) and background color adjustments in the Appearance page.
