Downloaded Win10 TP without registration ProgramInsider
I downloaded W10TP wanted to know if this TP contains the previously builds
released? I can download builds only if enrolled in the program-insider? And how does the MS to recognize the WindowsUpdate if they are registered or not? hello

I don't think MS had to pay anything to include it, (it's free, after all), and it's been freely available since forever, so I don't see the big deal. Those of us who are interested in lossless digital music formats have probably been using flac since it became available, somewhere around 2001. I don't mind if MS wants to start including it in their new OS, but I just hope they don't somehow screw it up for the rest of us.

I got it not from that join but from another MS link and just downloaded it. I'm almost sure I looked at that 'change the way..." link but it didn't seem to have anything that applied to getting builds. Of course I have the latest builds and then immediately there were updates to that build so I'm up to date now, maybe that link is different.
