I don't know much about W10, but what is the difference between a
"Technical Preview" and an "Insider Preview"?
Thanks for an answer!

It's the same thing, they just changed the name to confuse people as usual.

To get an insider preview you must sign up for an insider account. Its at
version 10074 which is the most current insiders edition. What is nice is
that you can download an iso file.
I have been running it but to be honest I can see no advantage to the
new version verses Window 7 in an office enviroment.

I downloaded the insider 10074 iso from the MS site without signing up
for anything, it installed under virtualbox5 beta2 (then it broke when I
installed the guest add-ons)

With any of these OS installations, they could be
the subject of "telemetry". Keeping track of what
you're doing with the Preview OS.

For example, in 10074, half the installed systems have
Aero edge decoration of the Start Menu disabled, and half
have it enabled. Implying, for this A/B trial
Microsoft is doing, they will be watching all
installations of 10074, to see how people interact
with the menu.
