you asked them for it so you could "call them back" (my favorite trick).

Best thing: report them to donotcall.gov [assuming you're in the USA
and on the list]. engage them only long enough to tell them to place
your number on THEIR 'do not call' list. then if they call you back
again, you report them [again] and help the FBI build a case. They do
occasionally go after these asshats.

dox'ing them doesn't help much. they're using an anonymization service
[I do that too] to keep their info out of public view.

A subpoena can get the real data, though. But you need a court case for
that [then the court process can get subpoenas issued and you can
properly serve them with a lawsuit].
