Though I expect you have several factors reducing the number participants: a) USENET b) Windows 10 Phone you could make it even LESS popular by restricting it to people who actually *LIKE* Windows 10 phone, heh. [although I _do_ occasionally participate in one of the LEAST 'popular' newsgroups, alt.hackers, which is 'moderated', and the 1st hack you must do to post there is to get past the moderation]
