Default Using white text on a black background, made easy

In my opinion, black text on a white background is like reading on
the surface of a lightbulb. So I use white text on a black
background, ever since Windows XP made that workable. Unfortunately,
some programs (like from Logitech) have installation and/or settings
dialogs that don't work with a dark color scheme. Fortunately,
Windows 8 includes a shortcut keystroke combination
(Alt+LeftShift+PrintScreen) to toggle high contrast. Using that
appears to work perfectly, it doesn't otherwise mess up Windows
display preferences (surprise). I suppose the same shortcut might
have been available in Vista or 7.
