Win 8/IE10 Favorites in Metro

How do I get to/See things like Favorites or MY Favorites Bar?

Hi, Art.

I'm not sure of the best way to get there. I just typed "favorites bar"
into the Search box in Win8/IE10 and from a couple of choices I chose this
one:

It says it tells how to "Add to, view, and organize favorites" - but I
haven't explored it. Let us all know what you learn.

Now I can't figure out how to get back to that page! (OK, I did it the long
way: Copied the URL from above and Pasted it into the Address Bar - at the
bottom of the Win8/IE10 window.)

In the Win8 Desktop version of IE10, of course, we just click the little
gear-wheel like we did in Win7.
