Then we must wait 1 year to have Windows 10 Full version in DVD? Many people have Windows 7 on older hardware. I believe those will not want to upgrade. Windows 10 upgrade makes sense for people who have Windows 8 machines with latest hardware. So people will maybe buy new machines to run Windows 10. And that's OEM version, without backup. That's why I want Full version DVD, to install as many times I need.

It is too early for idle speculation.

Ask the question in September 2015, when RTM is released.
There will be more information then.

At a bare minimum, the MSDN subscription site will have
a Win10 RTM DVD posted on it. That will be downloaded by
paying subscribers, then transferred to BitTorrent for
users such as yourself. The transfer by BitTorrent is not
done by Microsoft employees. It is done by paying subscribers
to MSDN. They do the "illegal upload" and you profit.
When you download such a DVD (in Septemter, over
BitTorrent), you must use SHA1SUM to verify the authenticity
of the DVD image (malware check).

Since Windows 7 users will receive Win10 Upgrade, a mechanism
must exist to help them. That is your best hope in terms
of a more accessible upgrade mechanism. If only Windows 8
users needed to be supported, the delivery mechanisms
could be a lot more restrictive. Wait until September, and
whatever means is used to help Windows 7 users, may indirectly
answer your query.

Is this true? The preview build ends in April and we have to wait till
September? That's a 5 months gap without Windows.
