Default Hotkey problem?

Hi, I hope someone else has had this problem and figured out how to solve
it. Just recently on my Windows XP machine (2.4 Gig eMachine model W4065) I
have had a window keep popup after Windows has loaded. The message on top of
the window says HOTKEY KEYBOARD and right below that it says - INVALID
POINTER OPERATION - with a OK box to close the window. It has been happening
for the last two days and it has me puzzled.

Any help would be appreciated. Have run Norton SystemWorks diagnosis with
no luck.

Thanks,
Dan
