A disinfectant kills on contact.

Many years ago I worked on a project to create a "disinfectant" for
the skin cancer. We grew the antibodies in an external reactor, and
made several liters of the antibody solution. The antibody was then
tagged with either a chemical agent or radio active material that
when it came in contact with the cancer cell killed the cell. The
antibodies were then placed in the body either intravenously or by
inject. The contact was made when the antibody itself attacked the
cancer cell, so the tag could definitely kill the cell. Disinfecting
the body of the cancer cells.

I suspect this disinfectant technique is still being used for cancer
treatment, though it has been many years since I was evolved in the
project.

As President Trump suggested a disinfectant for the coronavirus could
be made using and antibody to the virus, tagging in with a chemical
component, or radioactive component, and injecting it in the body to
disinfect the body of the virus, in the same manner that a similar
agent reacted with the cancer cell.

Leaders in the past, have had no problem working
collaboratively with others. If you're not a rocket
scientist, and a rocket science question comes up,
you let the rocket scientist answer it. And that
shows your "delegation wisdom", the ability to trust
the people you hired, to do their jobs.

When you're in a press conference, and your collection
of starched suits are standing at attention behind you,
you just shut your mouth and point to the suit who
should know the answer. It's pretty simple really.
When my local leader holds a press conference here,
if a question comes up about policing, the dude points
at his police guy, who answers the question. He doesn't
attempt to answer the question with "well, if I had
a gun, I'd just shoot the guy". We're not looking for
home-grown solutions. I can get those from Mad Magazine.

A press conference is not intended for a "stream of consciousness"
thing. It's intended to pass information on a fixed agenda,
working from a list of bullet points or working
from a speech to be read out. The message is intended
to be controlled, and it passes on information by
broadcast to other authorities who might be
watching the broadcast.

If a reporter asks a "tough question", such as asking
for "instant planning in front of TV cameras", the
starched suits know how to handle these questions, and
they will cut off the question with the appropriate
amount of waffle. Dr.Fauci knows a lot more than he
lets on. It's because we hire people like this to
gather all the information out there and digest it.
They are only going to deliver to the public, the
non-speculative stuff. The real planning meeting
will have the known unknowns and unknown knowns
all spelled out for the meeting audience.

He suggested that it seems like a good idea. And
he had no idea what he was talking about. He also

Swimming pool chlorine is 11%.

Presumably, you can purchase higher concentrations at chemical supply
stores.

OK. So where's the transcript? I heard him say
utter nonsense. Something like "...maybe injecting
disinfectant because, you know, disinfectant is
incredible. It kills the virus. So maybe we could look into
that..." He was looking at Dr. Birx, who didn't respond
in the clip I saw. How do you construe that as
hating propaganda? And if it is then how do you
explain these people who thought Trump was
telling them to drink toxic chemicals?
