Download 815304 standby/hibernate fix? (Post SP2 XP)

I have a machine running XP SP2 and it has the standby problem
described by
the KB article 815304. Is there some way to download it? I'm trying
to go back thru our corporate people BUT that might take forever
without luck ;-)

I need it for 1 machine that's acting up on standby ... Of course, it's
the only one that works for this software ...darn!

Hotfix information
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to

It can only be obtained from MS as per the KB article.

Yes I know it's only obtainable from Microsoft. My machines all have
corporate licenses and it's a pain to go thru all the Corporate layers
(I'm trying) to get this fix. I was hoping someone had a copy I could
get quicker. XP SP2 Standby problem 815304
