Arrow how use the Private Messages is PCbanter.

Please explain for me what how is send Private Messages for users Pcbanter.
For Example:
then move poniter on the title user open the menu what two section:
1- Name user
2- View message headers
then click on the "View message headers" open the new windows with this message:
