Default Video in WIN Media Player as attachment to email

I have a video that I want to send as an attachment to a email. It is in a
Win Media player file.

Can this be done???

Yes you can if the size of the file does
not exceed the limits of your ISP.

Another idea may be to upload the file
to the following site and send your recipient
the link for downloading.
