Where can I take "Windows XP SP-2"? I have searched it in www.microsoft.com but didn't find.

Windows Xp Service Pack 2 is not out yet. Windows XP SP1 is

The current forecast for the release of SP2 for Windows XP is sometime
in the 3rd quarter of the year 2004 (next year).

Default SP2



Service Pack 2 (SP2) is not yet finalized and released. The last I
heard was that it is scheduled to be released late this year [like
November]. The numbered "Hotfixes" reflecting SP2 shown in your Control
Panel will be contained therein unless cancelled.
