Do a search for MRT.exe . It should be in your System32 folder

Create a shortcut and put in wherever you want.
You might also want to call mrt from Start/Run. Just type mrt and
you're in business.

I am wondering why Microsoft did not put a shortcut in start?

Click Start Run type in mrt
Click OK, wait a bit, and the Malicious Software Removal Tool will open.
