Default wauq.exe

I have downloaded the TaskMgr1 (since I could not open up
the task manager any other way...I would hit it and
nothing would happen) and I noticed that if I only ended
the process "wauq.exe" it would enable me to open the
task manager via pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL.

I've ran norton antivirus several times, and it is set to
automatically download virus definitions (it does it
every thursday and sunday I think) and nothing shows up.

It also isn't in the "startup" tab of msconfig, however
there is an unnamed startup process in there.

Have you run ad-aware 6.x and spybot search and destroy
to search for spyware?
Also "the cleaner" and moosoft.com for trojans.
