Selecting a series of file but the last one becomes the first
Hi !
When I select a series of files in a dialog, eg I do multi-upload to YouTube, the last file in the series becomes the first. How come ? Occasionally, it's correct. It's not only for Youtube. Everywhere else, it's the same, eg copy files from explorer to another. How to make the first file first ? Thanks. |

Because the listing you see isn't necessarily the order that they are
found on the hard drive. wrote: Hi ! When I select a series of files in a dialog, eg I do multi-upload to YouTube, the last file in the series becomes the first. How come ? I've created the files in the order of xxxx 01, xxxx 02, and so on.
Then when I copy from this to another location, the last one comes first. Any idea why ? I would presume its because that's where the system finds it on the hard
drive. The folks that write these things try to optimize them so the hardware doesn't thrash around the hard drive willy nilly. wrote: I've created the files in the order of xxxx 01, xxxx 02, and so on.
