Default Drops wireless conection

I have a customer with a dell computer Belkin wireless modem router and
wireless dongle.
The computer with the dongle works fine signal excelent and runs ok on the
net.
She uses facebook and takes part in a game called cafe as soon as she loads
the game and logs in the wireless conection drops out.
All other internet services work fine, any ideas would be welcome.
Thanks in advance

No insults please, I KNOW you can't tell her this, but maybe it
is her computer's way of telling her to get a life?

There ARE real cafes one can go to, you know.
