So where's Redstone4 not to mention Redstone5? And where's the new
Fluent design language?

Telemetry from insiders machines showed it blue-screened too much, so
they'll try again in a couple of weeks ...

It's like Christmas in April here. So much excitement.
Everyone gathered around their empty sock, waiting
for the release.

If you're on the 17134.1 Insider, you've already seen it.
I think the settings panel, has a slightly different color.
And the combination of color and transparency yields a
kind of "yuck" look. But, it's a deck chair, and that's
what counts.

Maybe we should compare ?

I'm on 17134 and no gradient on that settings page. Gray down the side
but one solid color.

Apparently Next week. Next Tuesday!!

The name has changed to "April 2018 Update" or simply "April Update"

It's wonderful but as usual make sure you backup your system just in
case something is not compatible.

Do you get a transparency effect ? Put a white pane underneath
your setting panel and see whether the transparency works or not.

I'm going to have to "deal" with this, when this version shows
up on my release disk. Right now, I can laugh at the improvement.

One reason for needing to fix this, is if I take screenshots for
some reason, it's going to make my uploaded pictures larger,
if complex color schemes bleed through the transparency.
