will not recogize cyan compatable ink cartridge [hi cap] can anyone suggest
a way round this... Please!

Buy a genuine one or contact the manufacturer of the "3rd party cartridge".

Sure they're very sensitive ,and if you call them EPSUM instead of
Epson, they even act weirder!
