W-10 Tablet doesn't recognize mouse
I Googled and found all kinds of information but nothing explaining how I
can fix this problem without many confusing steps. Anyone have a good website how this is done? It's an Acer. It sees the mouse for a few minutes than says it's not recognized. Both PC stores are closed until further notice. Believe me I would take it in rather than tackle this myself. There also doesn't seem to be any way to do a system restore or recovery with the tablet. Anyone? |

Device manager, Properties on the device, Power Management, usually has a tick box that has an influence. Some hardware just doesn't wake up properly. https://i.postimg.cc/k4XrRmCb/mouse.gif And I don't got no tablet here -- I don't know what convoluted thing you have to do with your finger to make a right-click and select something :-) Paul |
