Default disable pop-up blocking software

Hi,
This depends on the software. The google search bar pop-up blocker allows
you to hold ctrl and click on the button on the toolbar to allow pop-ups for
a website. Other software should have the same functionality, just
implemented differently. Have a look in the help files for the app that you
are using, or uninstall the application and install one that does have the
options you require.
