Default best-search pop up

Hi. I have been working on the same problem all day. I
think I finally got it fixed. At least I am holding my
breath I did. This morning I bought spyware software
which I have been running all day and best search keeps
coming up but less. I was then able to download spybot
and destroy. It worked at least so far. Like I said I
have my breath held!!!! Go to this link.

It will walk you through.

whenever i click on some links, usually links for

videos, or those links that look like embedded buttons,
like the GO button on this site, i get a pop up for this
site http://www.best-search.info/1525/ and the link i
clicked on does not execute. i have to right click and
save the file i want to download to use it or see it. i
cannot do this for every link however. i cannot even log
on to my college site. ive already done scans, norton,
adware, spybot. nothing helped. i also tried
cwsshredder, that removed two files into my recycling
bin, but instead of getting redirected to the old site
after clicking a link, i just get an error message and
the web adress is http:///
please help me out! thanks.
