Default " T Ms" problem

any body knows the answer to T Ms problem? please let me
know,sick and tired of spending money and not getting
results.been suffering for a long time because of a $280
programme that supose to be one of the best but it isn't.

the problem is that win xp wont recognize the web
cam "micro innovation IC100c",even after set up the
wizard says that the new hard wear been installed
succesfuly but it wont work.why????????????????????
