Easy to understand differences:
http://www.jsifaq.com/subj/tip4500/rh4590.htm

2) if I buy the french version can I install it in english or get
the english language pack?

I thought the Canadian version came with support for both languages
built-in.

Just remember, we don't help anyone, or anything "french".

What's wrong with french?? I think they're cool.

No - if you buy the fully localized French version you will not be able to
change it to English.

There is some English language support but it is not a complete UI, menus,
error messages etc style of switch over.
You should purchase the appropriate localized language version initially.
Switching post install requires the purchase of another localised copy.

There is no English language pack for the French localised version.

Don't knock it till you've tried it.

I want to know how the frogs started eating all that **** though, I can see
how people may eat odd things in times of crisis. Witchety grubs and stick
insects for example don't look very appetising, neither do some mushrooms.
But the frogs have no excuse for eating snails and frog legs. Unless of
course it was during one of their 1000s of surrenders and they were too
scared to go get some proper food so ate what ever edged by, and somehow
liked it.

Every weird thing on earth to eat seems to have been started by them. I can
only surmise they are a nation of starving peasants that their Kings couldn't
feed. That, and the fact they have no pride.
