There is some English language support but it is not a complete UI, menus, error messages etc style of switch over. You should purchase the appropriate localized language version initially. Switching post install requires the purchase of another localised copy. Witchety grubs and stick insects for example don't look very appetising, neither do some mushrooms. But the frogs have no excuse for eating snails and frog legs.
