just talk to dell support heres what they said

{Yusuf 1:56:47 PM} New install + SP2 = ntdll.dll error
yes
{Yusuf 1:56:57 PM} ok .
{Yusuf 1:57:45 PM} Let me inform you that this system will have issue
with the service pack 2.
{Yusuf 1:58:03 PM} As this system has XP home only and not XP home SP1.

{me 1:58:48 PM}so you have to load sp1 then sp2?
{me 1:58:48 PM} never had to do that before
{Yusuf 1:58:52 PM} Yes you are correct.
{me 1:58:59 PM} strange
{me 1:59:19 PM} are you positive this will work or just best guess
{Yusuf 1:59:50 PM} I am 100% sure.
{Yusuf 1:59:54 PM} no guesses
{me 1:59:55 PM} thx
{me 2:00:04 PM} bye
{Yusuf 2:00:06 PM} My pleasure.

i havent tried this yet but will let you know
