Default IE 11 - Win 7 X64

Not exactly Win7 but more IE 11, I think. For while, I've been unable
to add websites to IE11 "favorites" in the "normal" fashion. I have
to go the usersxxxxfavorites and make like adding a new folder. Then
using the same method, I can manually copy and paste the web site
addy. When I use the "normal" method. the computer seems to hang for
a couple of seconds, then display a black dialog box that I have to
use task manager to close.
Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
R. Wink

No, but why you use Internet Exploder boggles the mind.
