Default Managing 'User' ID/accounts in XP Home

Set up PC on XP using an "Administrator" ID and 4 users
which are my kids. Had trouble with ISP software when
using their Parental controls. Their Support reply said
that I need to "set up each user with the ability to access
all functions under the 'administrator'". I have noticed
that the desktop(s) for the sub-user ID [kids] does not
have all the items that the 'Admin' ID has. But I don't
know how to change that, or change the 'privilages' for
the sub-users. Where do I go to fix this problem? Thanks!

Hi!

Go to Control Panel User Accounts, then click on each of your kids'
account names, click on "Change My Account Type" and then "administrator"

Thanks
