The clock in bottom right of screen delays by 20 minutes.

Dell Time Keeping Utility, Patch, Windows XP:

The above only applies to Dell computers. If your computer isn't a Dell,
then you need you may be using a firewall that is blocking the Internet Time
Service from keeping your clock updated.
