HELP - insufficient Privileges

I have 2 accounts on my machine, one is the office
network and the other a local account.

I am in the admin group for the local account, so i can
install software etc.

But now when i try going into device manager or
installing software it comes with insufficient Privileges.

I am using XP.....

Any ideas?
