Default Agent Issue

I have NO idea how I changed my Agent (ver 6+) display, as I read
posts. Now I am seeing unwanted details, as below, from a random post
selected as an example.

How can I revert to a display, with None of those Details?

Press the "H" key which toggles display of Headers on/off.

What's (ver 6+) ?

It's up to 8 now, which is what you should be using.
