No way I know of. You have to have something like Window
Washer or SpyBot Search and Destroy. These will scan such
files if the option is chosen and in the case of Window
Washer will delete it and in the case of SpyBot they will
be displayed as an option to delete. SpyBot is free and it
is much more thorough. It will display all history files
as well as MRU files and URLs and all the tracks that XP
keeps. None of this is automatic. You will have to always
do a manual scan after surfing and choose which to delete
and what to leave. Cleaning history will not remove your
surfing tracks. Given about 5 minutes and a good
connection I could even tell you from here what you have
been viewing and where you have been surfing. Good luck.
