First time ever, my computer actually restarted several times.
Cannot recall it ever restarting more than once (since Windows
3.1). Sometimes the screen flickered, but not multiple restarts.
Not a problem, just surprised that their notice was correct this
time.

Microsoft added, or enabled, a video card (Nvidia GTX960)
function display to Task Manager. What do you know, Microsoft
did something to improve the technical side of Windows.

I am not commenting on the whole update, just that little bit.

The GPU utilization tracking, is a driver feature.

If a Win10 owner uses a video card which is "no longer in support",
the GPU entry will be missing from Task Manager on 16299.x .

My HD6450 isn't visible in Task Manager right now, as
the driver is too old.

I have *no* hardware in the house, that supports this.

I have always used Task Manager and have NEVER seen a video
card display, until now.

Unfortunately Microsoft has still not located where they
misplaced font size settings.

Control Panel is still AWOL, apparently. Yes, I have its icon
on the taskbar as a workaround.

And some other things are messed up, like system sounds.
Microsoft NEVER was able to properly write a system sounds
utility, and apparently that task is confusing the newbies at
Microsoft too. Getting custom sounds to work was always
possible, but trying to back up those sounds or back them up
in a Windows scheme NEVER worked right.
