And no it does not apply if someone steals a computer.
They ask for certian information off your sales recipt to prove you bought it.
As they know what models with what serial numbers were sold to what store or dealer.

They will not charge you i would call back and ask to speak to some in the
tech support department and ask for a supervisor and explane what happend i
would not be suprized if you get your money back.

He has already done so. didn't you read his posts? What's wrong with you. are you someone who needs to write something irrespective of what has already gone before you?

When you top-post like that, Goofy Boy's entire load of crap becomes
part of your sig in the resulting post. You see how it's gone now? I
didn't snip anything, Thunderbird properly trimmed away your sig in my

That's not your problem; He is a fully grown adult and he is able to
decide for himself what is right for him. Are you in love with his mom?

warrenty period.

They charged him so that's his problem. He is 92 and he has plenty of
money which he can't take with him when he dies. He's got only a few
months left on this planet.

I have even gotten them to eat costs on parts after it from time to
time to keep the client happy

No you can't get people eat costs. Costs are not food that you can eat
so **** off and stop bullying people who are using HP machines.

what about people who don't bother to keep receipts? are they not
covered by your guarantee?

As they know what models with what serial numbers were sold to what

So this should be sufficient to prove that it is their machine which
they should support it irrespective of how the person acquired it.

You're joking, of course. Right? Right??

You need to invest in a spell checker and a dictionary. And buy
yourself a large bag of assorted punctuations.

That's nuthin', check this out! Over at mozilla.support.firefox, someone
described a problem ordering stuff at one retail site, and got *this* gem:

Jo-Anne:
I was able to type in the box, but I couldn't see what I typed, so I
backed out of the order.

You don't have to ask for responses, it's an open, unmoderated
newsgroup. I can respond to and poke fun at any of your drivel whenever
and however I please.

If any of your posts contain accurate information it's because you've
waited hours and read a dozen replies by people who don't need someone
to tie their shoes for them then you parrot what you've read and act
like you've done something worthwhile.

In the olden days that would be a duplex setting in the client/modem.

And today it's Good Guy the parrot, affirming Jo-Anne's hunch that she
should see what she typed, because *details is important*

Could you point that out a few more times? I think there's someone
in Outer Mongolia who hasn't gotten the memo.

No, let's move on. In mozilla.general, someone described the changes he
made to text and background color preferences in Firefox, and how
selected text then wasn't highlighted on a particular page,
https://www.letras.mus.br/engenheiros-do-hawaii/45706/
So Good Guy answers "No such problems here. See this video of my test:
https://youtu.be/K8SUrNbmzxU ."
And the OP has to tell him "But in your test, you are using normal
colors! With them it works for me too," because Good Guy was too stupid
to change the color settings before producing his test video.

I'd be 'supzied', no, I'd probably have a stroke if you ever made it
through an entire post without proving what a complete ****tard you are

By fix you mean laugh at you and say "Okay, put mommy or daddy on the
