Try the Internet Explorer newsgroup. You problem isn't related to a
Windows XP driver or hardware.

How do either of you know if it's not a hardware problem that's causing this? What kind of dumb**** on the internet calls other people dumb****s when they themselves were stupid enough to come to the question, let alone post an answer that doesn't help in the least. If he's from dumb****cafe, you are certainly the bus boy of the place.

Your headers do not reveal what newsreader you are using. Perhaps you
are using a webnews-for-boob interface that leeches from Usenet and you
didn't bother to notice the timestamp of the posts. If you are using a
local newsreader client, have it sort the posts according to their date
(descending so the ancient posts are at the bottom of the list). Then
perhaps you won't make the mistake of replying to an OVER 3 YEAR OLD
thread.

Also, when replying, and depending on your choice of top- or bottom-
posting style, make sure you rearrange the rest of the quoted content to
match the same posting order as for your choice. Don't create a garbled
post by mixing top and bottom posting styles. You top-posted. That
means you need to rearrange all the quoted content into top posting
order. If you don't want to do all the editing to rearrange the posting
order then reply using the same posting order. Stop being LAZY!

Also, configure your unidentified newsreader to physically wrap lines
that are longer than 72-76 characters in length. You posted using one
excessively long line. This artifact plus your inability to notice the
timestamps of the prior posts leads me to believe that you are another
boob using a webnews-for-boob interface from a site using a gateway to
leech from Usenet or to provide a web-based interface to their Usenet
service for boobs ignorant on how how to configure & use an NNTP client.

I noticed www.AltBinaries.com (your NSP) promotes the use of GrabIt and
NewsRover as newsreaders. Well, for *yanking* binaries out of posts
(i.e., reading) they are good. For discussions (i.e., posting), they
are crap as they do not compose proper posts.
