Synaptics touchpad driver problem
Yousuf Khan wrote:
So I upgraded my laptop and the touchpad is not working as it should. I think the Synaptics driver needs a big time updating. I checked Windows Update, and it said that I had the latest driver. I checked the Synaptics site and it's showing drivers only for Win Vista through to Win 8, but none of them are mentioning Windows 10. I'm sure those drivers will work in Win 10, but will they work well? It doesn't look like it. For one thing, I'm not getting any scrolling behaviour from the driver. I've changed various options, and none of them seem to do anything in win 10. I have to click on the scroll bar and click it down. There's no up-down arrows in Win 10 either for scrolling, is there? Yousuf Khan There is a setting that works until you reboot :-) Bottom of page 1. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/i...9e74a3f?auth=1 Paul |
