Shutting down.

Is there a way to automatically log off when you shut down? We have two accounts, mine and my wife's, if we shut down while logged on the next time we fire up the last person using the computer is then logged in again. With Windows 7 on switching on again we were presented with a log on screen with both our accounts, we could then choose which to use, can this be done with 10, and how? Many thanks. Mike I got this for Win8 doing this (run this in an elevated command prompt) - reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Aut hentication\LogonUI\UserSwitch /v Enabled /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f SetACL -on "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Au thentication\LogonUI\UserSwitch" -ot reg -actn ace -ace "n:S-1-5-18;p:set_val;i:so;m:deny;w:dacl" For more information: http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-disab...r-in-window-8/ http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.206 Regards, -- ! _\|/_ Sylvain / !
