Default Window dialogue obscured.

I'm installing something and the final dialogue
box is hidden just off screen. I can't drag it
across.

In particular, look in the comments too, as there
are other suggestions there.

"This worked for no Move option for item that was in the taskbar:

"For windows that don't show up on the taskbar (some dialog windows),
you could press Alt + Tab to cycle through windows, picking the one
that doesn't appear on the taskbar, then Alt + Spacebar, select Move
and tap an arrow key to move it."

Dialogs here, don't seem to get treated like applications.

Here, an item which appears on a Taskbar, can be moved. But
that wouldn't work for a dialog.

The old WinXP way probably wasn't as particular.

I tested with GIMP photo editor and the floating dialogs
don't "listen" to the "Cascade Windows" command.

There might still be cases, where Windows 10 is worse at
this, than WinXP.

Try Alt-space, M, re-position with arrow keys, then Enter when done?
