Ads keep popping up at loer right screen
For a few months now different ads pop up at random intervals at the lower
right side of the screen, accompanied by a "ding" sound. At first I just clicked on the right pointing arrow in the ad and it would go away. It is slowly becoming a nuisance and I have no idea when to turn that off. Any suggestions ?? I use Windows 10. TIA, Hagar |

I think these adverts count as "tricks" or "dirty tricks". Maybe that word will find it. ******* You're supposed to spend 20 minutes setting all the sliders in Settings to OFF. Paul |

TIA, Hagar Use SysInternals' Process Explorer (PE) to find out which process owns the window. Load PE when the popup occurs (hopefully it doesn't disappear quickly or waits for input from you). Drag the sniper scope icon from PE's toolbar to drop on the window. PE will highlight the process that owns that window. |
