Default Major Help on XP!

I had 2000 for the longest time but i thought id switch to XP. So i upgraded it and got through all of the setups and when its goes to XP for the first time. It freezes and the screen is all scrunched up and the logo is all stretched out. Ive formatted it and loaded just that. Nothing seems to work. The wired thing is, that it works in safe mode fine. But when i put it in regular mode it does the loading of the icon witht he loading bar and then it shows the scrnched up screen thing. Can anybody help me on this?
Thanks

Tim

Sounds like you need to update your video card drivers - have you been to
the manufacturers web site to see if they have got specific XP drivers for
your model?

You should give more info on your computer (model, laptop or desktop) and
configuration.

How did Major Help get on your PC, i carnt understand how a person
called Help got on your PC, there i go with pedantisism again, any
way, i concure with Gordon, you should find out what graphics card you
have (there not video cards, video cards are cards which you hook up
VCRs to so you have hardware control over the VCR, these are usualy
expencive how ever worth it if you work with VHS tapes alot) and
update/install the drivers for it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special...mozilla-search

Please notic how video card redirects to it’s correct name graphics
card, and that the first to results are actualy video capture card and
video editing card.
