Default Alarm

At "winXP" There is a program that can be downloaded, which is a "reminder"
(alarm), that will pop up with a 'clink", at a time that was set
(programmed) for earlier. Could somebody please helping me getting it

There's hundreds of them on the web, and most are freeware. Try a google
search for the specific one that you're looking for. I use Sunbird beta 0.2
from mozilla.org.

Or, use the built in Task Scheduler in WindowsXP to set the events reminder
(alarm)
