Default freezes, debug.log messages, program not responding

Why does this happen? When i try to shut down my computer
it shows a message window that says debug.log or
something like that. What is this? Any one have problems
running anti-virus software? I always get a real time
scan error message for the antivirus Norton and pc-
cillin. Sometimes in the task manager it shows the cpu
load at 100% even if i'm not running any programs? I'm
running xp pro on a asus mobo. Any one know anything
about driver 811493? Someone said it was known to cause
problems similar to some of mine. Where, exactly, do I
find this driver?
