Default Single to Double Click Desktop Icons

The desktop on my computer, and other programs, are set
like a Web page, single click to open. May I ask how to
change it so it would have to be double clicked to open?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thank you!

Default Single to Double Click Desktop Icons

In Windows Explorer go to Tools, Folder Options. On the General tab, you'll
find the Single/Double click setting.
