Default Spooler SubSystem app

Nervertheless I have forbiden any sharing of programs, files or printer, since I made a
Windows update (I cannot rembert which one) this program insists, every time I start
Windows, to connect to the Internet and I do not know what to do so it will stop doing
this... I've got a firewall, but it is vewry annoying to see each time the little buble
telling me that this program has not being allowed to connect to the Internet...

Does anyone knows why does it wants to connect and what should I do to stop it doing such
a thing ?
