Default win2k type Logon box and "internet explorer wallpaper" directory

2 questions:
About 2 weeks ago, somehow my xp home machine started showing a win2000
style logon box whenever i start up and shut down. How do I make it go back
to the winxp style?

2nd, where is the "Internet Explorer Wallpaper" saved? When you right click
on an image in a webpage and hit "set as desktop background", where does it
get saved on my hard drive?

Thanks,
