I know this may seem trivial, but how do i get my display
to fit my entire screen. It used to, but know i have a
border around it and it is not the full size. in the
display options there is nothing i can do to stretch it out

Using an incorrect refresh rate for your monitor can cause this.

If that's not the problem, have you tried the controls or on-screen menu on
